Individual & Group Coaching
Individual coaching sessions are structured to provide a client with dedicated time to work closely with a certified coach to help them achieve their desired goals. Sessions aim to identify and leverage the clients' strengths while providing the client with the necessary tools to support them in their journey.
Similar to individual coaching, group coaching also focuses on identifying strategies to leverage individual strengths, but in a group setting. Group coaching can provide opportunities for the team to improve their interpersonal communication, decision-making skills, relationship building, and overall team dynamics.
Leadership Workshops
Leadership workshops are designed to be an interactive session which includes class instruction, individual work, and both small and large group activities.
Course objectives aim to support participants to:
create an increased understanding of emotional intelligence using the EQ-i 2.0 model
identify specific areas in the participants's own EQ-i 2.0 leadership reports
identify and understand how aspects of EQ can lead to derailing behaviors
EQ Assessments
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessments are beneficial for building individual capacity and knowledge of their current level of emotional intelligence. An EQ assessment provides valuable insight regarding the client's ability to develop relationships and teams, effectiveness of resolving conflict, problem-solving skills and building resilience. It also provides a detailed overview of the client's strengths and potential opportunities for improvement.
We offer a variety of EQ assessment options, including EQ 2.0 360 which incorporates feedback from those who work closely with the client.
